Specialisms
Most of my experience has been with students in private practice and at Brunel University for two years; dealing with academic stress, life transitions and relationships.
In Couples therapy, I specialise where one or both of the couple are neurodivergent and increased communication and understanding within the couple.
For the last few years I have been working with adults with ADHD, and navigating their path through diagnosis or exploring whether they want to even seek diagnosis. Although counsellors cannot diagnose, clients often use therapy to explore how they feel, knowing they have a therapist that understands the struggles that can come with ADHD.
I work with grief; relationship grief, the grief of finding yourself in a place where you don’t want to be, existential grief around how your life has turned out, the grief of not having children or other big life decisions.
