Publications and Workshops
I enjoy contributing to conversations about therapy, relationships, and emotional life beyond the therapy room, and believe writing can be a useful therapeutic tool.
To date, I have enjoyed delivering a workshop exploring therapist defensiveness and it’s at the Metanoia Institute conference, ‘Encounters with difference: Rupture and repair in counselling and psychotherapy.’ I am particularly interested in how therapists navigate rupture, vulnerability, and countertransference, and how these moments can become opportunities for depth and growth.
My writing has also been featured in The i Paper, where I contributed some tips for dealing with the bleak winter months and the impact this can have on our mental wellbeing. I value making therapeutic ideas accessible, thoughtful, and relevant to everyday life.
I am currently developing further writing and workshop material. If you are interested in working together, I would be delighted to connect.
